Dear Support.
I have private domain, and a few email accounts running on your servers.
Sin mid December, I have no access via pop3/imap/activesync.
I wrote one ticket, and ONE account has been resolved, now working.
However my remaining accounts are still blocked from the pop3/imap/activesync protocols.
1) Why is this happening without advising the customer?
2) Why are not all email accounts on my domain corrected, just the one I asked for?
Please review and correct my remaining email accounts on my domain ocub.eu.
