Hi 

I just bought a new laptop setup everything - Outlook 2016 - Activesync works

so this means: 

- send and received emails show on all three, new laptop, phone and old laptop are synced

- calendar updates show everywhere  

However   

- old emails do not come through, even if account setting is set to store all offline

- contacts are not updated  

any way I can fix this? don't seem to be able to export-import...
