Hi!

We want to adapt the Mail Templates of Zoho Assist so it fits to our corporate identity.

By checking the templates I can't see any possibility to add custom HTML code, remove the footer or the color bar on top.

Therefore my question is: How can I create a Mail template, that fits our corporate identity?
