Add a new task - workflow updates

Hi, Instead of having a Reminder section in New Task that makes you enter date again, have a check box under date in New Task Home Screen to remind you and default it to that date. It would also be nice to have the "Description" text box on the first page as well. It would save me time and ensure I'm reminded every time with details.
