Add a single date filter that could as a "Maximum Date" or run through date

Add a single date filter that could as a "Maximum Date" or run through date

AR reports often require an end date but have a static start date or not start date. It would be helpful to be able to filter all results up to that date. Currently we have to select a start date and end date.
