Add Campaign to CRM Contact
Hi,
I've been trying to add a campaign to one of my contacts in the CRM. The e-mail address linked t o the contact was outdated, so the campaign answer (it is a survey campaign) is not being updated in the record. For this reason I want to manually add it, and was wondering why it does not allow me to.
In the image below you see a few campaigns. However, no Campaigns with type 'Zoho Campaigns' are being shown. Is this an issue I need to discuss with our admin?
