Please, i need help for the following function in Analytics 

I have a column  TIME with difrent numbers from 0 to 23.

I nead an other column with following conditions. If the value in the TIME column is greater than 21 and less than 7, then put the number from the "NIGHT" column, if not, put the number from the DAY column
