Just doing my first round of orders with Zoho and noticed that there is no email that I can send out to customers when their order ships.  In some of the other shopping carts I have used it brings up an option to include a FedEx tracking number as well which is super helpful.  See my attachment as an example.  Would be a great addition to your service.
