Add existing People user in Recruit

Add existing People user in Recruit

I have purchased Zoho People, and I want to add an existing employee to Zoho Recruit. When I try to add it in Recruit, I enter the employee ID and Email, I get an error message, "ID already exists". I don't want to add a new employee ID and a new Email ¿Am I missing somenthing?
