"Add File to Dropbox" Function not Working

Hello,

Within the CRM in the Contacts module, there is an option to upload a file to Dropbox.     When a user clicks on the option, and progresses through the steps, the upload process does not complete.  Specifically, the user does the following:

  1. Clicks "Add file to Dropbox" from the Contacts Module
  2. Clicks "Add File" button from the new window that opens
  3. Selects the desired file and clicks "Open"
After completing the above steps, nothing happens.  The Dropbox window in step 2 above just remain displayed with no riles/records.   

I have the Dropbox extension added and authorized, and this does not work for any role/user type (even Admin).   Is there another setting or configuration I need to complete?

(Note:  I can successfully drag/drop files into Dropbox outside of the CRM and the CRM will display those records in the Contacts module.  So only the Upload feature within the module is not functioning).
