We are currently utilizing the Zia Auto-Tag feature in Zoho Desk, which has proven to be quite valuable for categorizing and organizing tickets based on their content. However, we’ve encountered a limitation: Zia Auto-Tag currently does not support adding tags in Hebrew.
This presents a significant challenge for our team, as we primarily handle tickets written in Hebrew and need the tags to be generated and displayed in Hebrew as well—regardless of the language set in the agent’s interface.
Feature Request:
We kindly request that you add support for Zia Auto-Tag to work with Hebrew. Specifically, we would like:
Zia to analyze and interpret tickets written in Hebrew.
Auto-generated tags to be created in Hebrew.
The tagging functionality to be independent of the agent interface language, ensuring tags appear in Hebrew even when the interface is set to English or another language.
Adding this capability will significantly enhance our ability to manage and categorize tickets efficiently in a multilingual support environment.
