We have lots of tickets that are auto created and closed for monitoring purposes - successful backups, UPS tests etc that are all assigned to some Dummy accounts and we would like to filter these out from being imported in the first place - instead of having to set a filter on every single report to exclude these accounts. otherwise our reports are heavily skewed with autocreated tickets that we don't want to count.

please add the facility to filter the data import.
