add the ability to know if someone read an email (without read receipts)

just like in ZOHO CRM, when you send an email from the CRM you can tell if someone opened the email or not. Add that functionality to ZOHO Mail.

We currently use Newton mail app, which not only shows you if someone opened your email, but they also send us a push notification (mac and iOS) letting us know that the client read the email, and tells us if it was from a mobile device or laptop, and from what city it was read.

This would be huge for us.
