Add the "replace" feature to all custom fields

Add the "replace" feature to all custom fields

Can you please add the "Replace" option to all fields, not just the default ones.  When updated or replacing information in fields it doesn't properly sync to the existing candidate record and has to be done manually.  This can be a time consuming process and difficult when sorting records.
