I have created a form for registrations. In one of the sections, people have to pick a category according to a criteria that we had drawn up. The criteria being lengthy cannot be placed on the forms itself. So I was looking for help on how I could direct people to view this criteria. One idea is to type 'Categories are dependent on Criteria, which can be found here' sort of thing and this hyperlink will link to my G Drive or secondly maybe they could somehow directly download the criteria pdf directly. 

I both cases, I need help in doing this. Please help.
