Hi There I have attempted to add a new email account using the below instructions from 2 years ago, however once it gets to verify the account, I am not getting an email to verify it. I have check my other email accounts to see if its coming through to any of these and it is not. Please advise how to add an email including verification also advise the SMTP too.

If you are trying to add users in your organization then follow the below mentioned steps,
Login to mail.zoho.com using nwilkinsonrn (at) yourtrustednurses (dot) com >> Click Settings (Gear icon) >> Launch Control Panel >> User details >> Add user.
If you are trying to create a user as info (at) yourtrustednurses (dot) com, then it must be first removed form the secondary address field as it is added as a secondary address for the Super Admin account.
Login to accounts.zoho.com using nwilkinsonrn (at) yourtrustednurses (dot) com >> My Profile Info >> Email address >> Remove info (at) yourtrustednurses (dot) com.
Reload the page and proceed adding the same as a user in your account by following the steps mentioned above.
