I added a picklist to my candidate record.  I did a bulk update on my candidates once it was added.  I then tried to search on the multiple picklist and 2 things I noticed - 

a) you do not get the opportunity to select "is not" just "is", and 

b) when I do the search nothing is found.  I checked the update and it worked.  If you go into the candidate record and select edit and then save it and re-perform the search then it will find the records you opened and saved but none of the others.  They have all been updated but do not show up on a search.

Please explain why and how I can get the update to be recognized by Zoho search?  I updated 5000 records so I cannot open each one and save it.
