I've been requested by a department to create a form which would play a video and underneath it have mandatory questions to be able to quiz staff on their knowledge.

I can find no way to add a playable youtube video...am I missing something or does Zoho forms not have a video widget? this seems incredibly out dated if I can't slot in a video.

Appreciate any insight in doing this - cheers
