Adding a second email (using gmail) to Zoho Enterprise

I bought two users, and both are in the system, but I only see emails from one of the email accounts (mine).  I need to see my associates emails, so we both can see what is happening with each contact / lead.

How do I set up a gmail email address so I can see the emails in Zoho CRM.
