adding email recipients to contacts automatically

adding email recipients to contacts automatically

hi, i am a 6 month user.....how do i get people to whom from whom i have received emails and people that i email, added to contact list so they come up automatically..right now i have to find old emails from them and cut and paste into the to line..and please don't tell me i have to cut and paste manually
