Hi,
We recently referred an new organization to use ZOHOMAIL and we have received confirmation of the 5 FREE user accounts ( as seen under MAIL STORAGE ).
Our organization has already 10 functional email accounts.... we want to add 1 more.
When we go to ADD new user, the user appears in the INVITATION TAB with status PENDING. How can this user possibly accept his invitation if he still has no email account?
We tried adding a user with an existing email and this works, but we would prefer that all users within our organization login with the email address of our DOMAIN NAME.
