Adding New Users is clunky...
I agree with other posters...
New registering users are having trouble and are just plain confused by the sign in process. The absurdly long hieroglyphics-type link that new users need to click on is daunting for people who are not as tech savvy. Then a who separate sing in page, etc. Please simplify & clarify this process.
