we are currently evaluating the ZOHO CRM solution.
Within this process, we have run into a problem: We cannot associate one person (contact) to multiple TOYOTA dealerships (accounts). Many of our dealerships are run with one CEO to n locations.
This is a
BASIC requirement, that apparently has been adressed over 3 years ago within your support forum, but you seem to be neither working on a solution nor do you seem to care. The latest reply 4 months ago was:
I am able to understand your requirement but I am sorry that unfortunately as of now the product has been designed in a way that only you can associate multiple Contacts with an Account but not in the reverse. However, I will forward it to the development team to analyse and work it up in for future as per the demand.

The posted "workarounds" are not a solution and unfit for daily tasks.
The fact, that you do not support a much needed feature (a defacto standard within the CRM industry) would be no big deal, as long as one could assume this to get fixed in short order - with a fixed release date.
From what we can ascertain, this shortcoming is simply being being deemed as "not in demand" - although the number of forum entries would suggest otherwise. We do like many features of your CRM, but this would be a killer argument against your CRM product in favor of a competitor's solution.
Please advise, whether this feature is scheduled for development, is being developed or has been developed. Furthermore, please provide a definite release date.
