We're using the free account at this moment in time and would like to add a second email address but are running into problems setting it up

the primary account (not admin) is info at freudenha dot us and we want to add rob at freudenha dot us but if we click on Add Email Address under My Email Address a OTP is sent to the address we don't yet have access to.
