Questions Regarding Helpdesk & SalesIQ Customization and Email Setup

I have a few questions regarding Helpdesk and SalesIQ:
Can the emails sent to customers via helpdesk tickets be fully customized — including signature, subject line, and other elements? Also, is it possible to send these emails from a custom address such as
justask@testcompany.com
instead of
support@testcompany.zohodesk.eu
I would also have the same questions regarding the chat transcript that is sent afterwards.
- How can we automatically add an email address in CC for all outgoing helpdesk emails?
