Addition of T-Day to Project Templates

It should be possible to set a project template to start at an undetermined date, "T Day". All tasks would be relative to T Day and the dependant tasks. For example:

#1 Planning Meeting - T Day
#2 Prepare plan from planning meeting notes - T Day
#3 Prepare project plan - T Day + 1
#4 Review project plan draft - T Day + 2
#5 Send project plan to client - T Day + 2

Such a feature would make project templates much more flexible and usable. Currently the dates are all fixed upon entry. When the template is applied to a project, you have to "shift dates" by a specific number of days. This is a pretty cumbersome workaround and awkward for the person creating the project (okay, lets calculate the number of days since the template was created.).
