Hi, When I use the advanced search function and add a criteria "Starts With" it doesn't work. For example, I may enter search criteria "First Name" "Is" Andrew AND "Last Name" "Starts With" M and it returns nothing, although I know there are candidates matching that criteria. Thanks.
