Advice on setting up email - enquires, sales returns to link to my domain

I have just set up my zoho account for my new website to send and receive emails from my domain, as this is all new to me I need help on how I can set up various emails, enquiries@mydomain.co.uk, sales@mydomain.co.uk, returns@mydomain.co.uk etc to all go to my domain ,do I add these as a user, or do I set these up as an alias.. I want them all just to come to charmedandgifted.co.uk which is what my account is set up as. This is all new to me and I would appreciate any help so I can finally get my website published.
