I have created a sales dashboard where one of the user filters allows you to sort by each member of the sales team.  There is a specific smaller "Inside Sales Team" within our overall sales team that I would like to easily filter down to. 

Is there a way to group values (peoples' names in this case) such that I can go to this filter and click "Inside Sales Team" without having to manually check off each person's name?
