All emails going into Zoho as "New Candidates"

Hello, I left a message last week with Support and have not heard from anyone. I am having an issue between my Email and Zoho Recruit. Most of my emails (either received or sent) are coming into the Candidate tab on Zoho Recruit as a "New Candidate." I am not forward them to the Resume Inbox and, in fact, have removed the MS Outlook plug-in from Zoho entirely. It is clogging up our database and being a nuisance. Please connect me with someone who might be able to help me rectify this problem.
