For about a week now all of our email that we send to gmail accounts or emails that use gmail to power their email from their own domain are going to spam. We are sending typical business emails to customers we've been communicating with for years. Even replying to emails they sent us are going to their spam folder. It's hindering our workflow and frustrating to customers and us.
Current even if I email my own gmail account from my zoho business email those emails are going to spam. I've easily emailed myself multiple hundreds of times over the years. I'm a known sender, I've marked my email as "Not Spam" multiple times and even set my email address to "important" and despite all that the very next email I send myself goes to spam.
Please help as this is becoming a major problem for us.
