All emails to our domain being returned to senders !

Hi,

Since 1st Jan, all emails to sent to any of the mail accounts on our domain synectix.net are being returned to senders.

The error message is

The response from the remote server was:

551 5.1.1 <suresh@synectix.net> Invalid Sender IP

What is this new issue ?

The domain was working properly until two days ago and we haven't received any emails since 1st Jan !!

We have not changed any settings with our domain hosting service provider, the domain registration is valid, the website is working properly.

Please help !
