Please allow users to set defaults for organization wide so if I turn of "pages" org-wide its automatically defaulted to off in an individual project.

This is especially frustrating as all those items, "extras" are separate fees, if I say no to "upgrading", I should also have the option to turn off that constant "advertising"...Please!
