Allow Managers to Create Shifts for Their Departments in Zoho People

Greetings and hope you are doing well.
This feature request is related to Zoho People - please don't move it to zoho one!
We would like to submit a feature request regarding shift management permissions in Zoho People.
Current Limitation:
At present, only Admins are authorized to create shifts in Zoho People. There is currently no option to grant shift-creation permissions to managers for their own departments.
Feature Request:
Please add the ability to grant managers permission to create and manage shifts for their assigned departments, without requiring full admin access.
Use Case & Value
Many organizations delegate day-to-day scheduling to department managers. Requiring admins to handle all shift creation:
- Creates unnecessary operational bottlenecks
- Increases admin workload
- Reduces flexibility for teams with frequent shift changes
Allowing managers to manage shifts for their departments would:
- Improve operational efficiency
- Reduce dependency on admins
- Better reflect real-world organizational workflows
