Allow same options in status for different options of main Stages in Hiring Pipeline

Allow same options in status for different options of main Stages in Hiring Pipeline

For now, in Hiring Pipeline we cannot assign same picklist status in the different stages for eg:- If I have the stages like:

1. Screening
2. Interview by Phone
3. Job Interview
4. Hired
5. Not Hired

I need to put "Pending" status in Screening, Interview by Phone and Job interview etc however, Zoho recruit does not allow that. My clients have been asking about this feature.
