I am quite new here and we have an instagram and facebook page linked to our zoho social.

The posting is quite good but we have a problem,

My employees would ike to ACT as the page. As in, they would like to be able to scroll through the news feed, interact with pages we follow, engage in conversations in comment sections and follow/like other pages, but acting AS the company page.

As far as I can tell, the only way to do this would be to give the employee the instagram account and password so they can log in using their phone. This is a no-go for super obvious reasons, so how do I give my employees access without compromising our accounts?
