Allowing to receive mail from my office internal smtp server

Just installed zoho and using it successfully.
Is it possible for zoho to accept mails from my domain, but sent through smtp server internal to my office?
To put it simply, here is my situation: assuming mydomain.com and user info@mydomain.com sending to user@mydomain.com
In zoho (webmail / pop / smtp ) it works perfectly.
In my office, i have one machine with smtp server installed, sending mail as " info@mydomain.com" (needed for an internal application and a scanner). Mails go through successfully to any email address outside mydomain.com but for any address inside mydomain.com (i.e to zoho) they're stuck in my smtp queue as "rejected".
I think that i have to set something in zoho to set my office smtp as "authorized sender" but i don't know how to do that if that's at all possible.
