To be clear, we realize that some of this functionality can be achieved through pre-filled URLs, but I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve something similar without having to do that. 

Essentially, we send a link via email to several users to a form. The form can be filled in multiple times, and each time the user has to input their name and email address. 

So we're wondering if there might be a way to select a "Remember my details" option that causes the form to save the details the user entered.
