Android account configuration

Hello,

I'm following this guide http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html
and these settings are enabled https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/email-administration.html#alink4
but isn't possible to connect an Android account.

Is there any way how can I check what's wrong?
