Android app not showing new pop messages until I open zoho on desktop
Hello,
I have Zoho mail configured to download my messages from another pop account (@outlook.com). This was working properly before.
But lately, when I check my mail in the Zoho App for Android, my new messages from the pop account do not show up (even though new messages to @zoho.com address *do* show up).
If I log into Zoho webmail on desktop, then my new messages from the pop account appear in webmail. After checking mail in webmail, the new pop messages will then also show up in the mobile app.
How can I fix this problem so that I get ALL new messages in the mobile app without having to log into Zoho on my desktop computer all the time?
