I wanted to ask how the Android / iphone App synchronisation is currently set up.

Ideally, I had expected it to just automatically update in background like native Google Contacts on Android for example.

But I notice I keep on having to press the refresh button to get things to update.

Please can you advise on the Synchronisation scheduling?
