We  have  some exciting news  for  you!  Zoho Recruit  has integrated  with  ThinkTest , a popular personality test provider, thus adding  another dimension  to  the candidate selection process.  ThinkTest helps develop personality prototypes  that  best suit  the job profiles  to  be filled.  When  you recruit candidates,  you  can  then compare  their profiles  to the prototypes  you  have created.  So,  using  ThinkTest you  can gather  more information  on candidates  and match  them  with jobs  where they  can perform  their  best.
