Hello there,
I like Zoho a lot but I have to say that the web email client (the main one, a part of the Workplace) is misbehaving badly over these last few weeks. I have problems such as:
- Email marked as read isn't marked as read until the next hard refresh of the page, and it doesn't disappear into the archive when 'archived'.
- Inbox doesn't refresh itself automatically as often as it used to and, from time to time, I have to manually refresh it to make it work.
This is really annoying and breaks the experience quite a lot.
I am using Brave browser (Chromium) with all ad blockers and script blockers disabled on the Mail site, so it should work just fine.
Help, please.
