Any idea how long it takes Zoho support to respond

Any idea how long it takes Zoho support to respond

Several days ago I realized my IMAP access was being blocked.  Not sure why this happened or how I go about resolving it so I wrote to the support team at Zoho.  I haven't received a response yet.

Don't want to put in another request so they don't double their work.  Just wondering if anyone has any idea on how long there response time usually is.
