We are opening a coffee shop in Kenya and would like to know if there are any Zoho books users in hospitality service industry in Kenya? 

We would love to know:

1. how do you cope with the absence of the mandatory Tourism Levy 2% tax option?

2. how do you set your service items for eTims? (forcing packaging unit, really?!??)

3. What item classification code do you use for your service items ? for instance 90101501(Restaurants) / 90101502(Bars) are not available!!

Thanks a lot in advance, we are quite lost at the moment and all online help we found only deal with retail businesses.
