API LOGIN for Recruiter

Can we use the API to do a LOGIN form for the recruiter (NOT ADMIN RECRUITERS BECAUSE THEY ARE USING A TOKEN) so that once the recruiter logs in, it will be able do job posting and other features which available for the recruiter.
