I've noticed something new about the applications menu on the left side of the screen. It used to be that I could drag and drop a pinned app to reorder the items and it would stay that way between screen refreshes. However, not long ago that capability went away and the items seem to get sorted randomly.

Is there any way to se that back to the way it was? I linked having the apps I used most often at the top of the list.
