I would like to be able to add a script to the agent help desk

So basically what the point is that the IT department is using a Status page(Statuspage | Atlassian) that show disruption on services.

this system allow us to generate a script that should be place before the body end tag.

Now our webpage has this and other products we use, but I am not finding how I can embed this to zoho desk

This is pretty embarrassing doe to the fact that customers might know about the issue before our agents

If it is not possible for us to do it, is it possible for you to add this script code for us ?
