1) When I include an attachment on the web form, when the button is clicked, nothing comes up.  The applicant is not able to add an attachment.

2) When the applicant clicks submit, it redirects to a blank page.  There is no message that says your application was successful.  It also does not save their information in their account.

All of this was working fine last night, and now is not.  Can anyone help?  I have tried to get support, but cannot get through, and we are driving applicants to our site to apply.  We need to know what is wrong fast if possible.
