The new Zoho People layout generally does a decent job at providing the necessary information for performing appraisals of employee performance.

One example of this is the Previous Reviews section:

This information is helpful when conducting a review. However, when this is opened, the list of previous reviews is ordered oldest to newest.

This seems odd to me. The vast majority of reviewers are going to want to see newer reviews for reference, with the most recent one being of most typical interest.

Rather than always making users click the "See more reviews" link, scroll to the bottom, and click, the software should default to showing the most recent first.
